Once we accept your music submission and you have entered our iJamr Music Grids distribution system via our network of website owners/publishers we would like to lay out these key points of our agreement. Your guarantee to us: You assure us and guarantee us that you own all the rights to the music and the lyrics of the music you are submitting to us and allowing us to sell and distribute via our website owners/publishers Network, or that you are an entity which is responsible for those rights. Non-exclusive license: you're giving us a license to sell your music digitally and physically via our website owners/publishers Network who carry our iJamr Music Grids on their sites, however you are free to sign agreements with others and sell your music with others. You authorize iJamr.com: to stream your musical material through the iJamr.com Internet Radio Station for the purpose of promoting, advertising and disseminating your name and material and consider this to be an extra promotion, publicity and advertising service and not a performance therefore not subject to fee or royalties of any sort on iJamr.com’s part who provides this extra service. Contract is limited to music you submit: our contract extends only to the music you submit to us. There is no future obligation to send us your music. 70% gross revenue split on each sale via the iJamr Music Grids of your material/music: (70% for you) our main revenue sources are selling your music digitally and physically to consumers and sublicensing your music (subject to a different percentage sharing plan. See contract paragraph 12) for things such as games, ads and the web. Note that most record companies split the profits: we split what we receive, no deductions for sales of your music via the iJamr Music Grids. 70% net profits (for you) split on merchandise: for physical goods (Posters, T-Shirts, etc), we split the profits (i.e.: sale price minus expenses) Physical goods are a split on profits because we have to invest money in creating them. No advance: we split revenue with our artists, but we do not provide any advances upon signing. No samples or copyrighted cover songs: we cannot release any music that has copyrighted samples in it (please make all your own samples) or is from a copyrighted song someone else has written. Songs in the public domain (i.e.: classical) are acceptable. You own your music: if you've been previously signed, or are currently signed, to another record label, you may not be able to sign with iJamr.com. Many recording contracts have exclusivity provisions in them, even if the record label goes under. You should consult a lawyer to see how your current recording contract limits you. Note that after signing with iJamr.com, you will still 100% own the copyright to your music: you are simply granting us a non-exclusive license to it. Payment: we pay your revenues every trimester of the year. March 30th - June 30 - September 31 - December 30. If your revenues are less than $50, we hold onto them until they reach at least $50. Bookkeeping : as an iJamr.com musician, you can view every sale of your music in detail in your own online admin. PR materials: you will supply us with album art, group photographs, and a biography. You give us the right to use your likeness and material for promotional and merchandising purposes. Accepting these terms will allow you to continue the registration process and is deemed an acceptance of the terms.   I agree
